Real Life Counseling accepts credit cards, HSA cards, cash, and checks made payable to Real Life Counseling.
Clients may pay over the phone, leave a card on file, sign in to their client portal, or pay online. For online payments, we utilize Square, a secure third-party payment processor. Session payments are expected at or before the time of service.
insurance
Some counselors here at Real Life Counseling are contracted with Blue Cross Blue Shield and Blue Care Network.
Clients with other insurance providers may be able to receive full or partial reimbursement depending on their specific plan. If you have questions about your insurance coverage for counseling services, our office can help provide guidance.
sliding scale
Real Life Counseling offers a sliding scale fee structure for clients who qualify. Our goal is to make counseling accessible to all while maintaining compassionate, high-quality, professional services.
cancellation policy
If something comes up and you are unable to make an appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours prior to the session via phone message or email. If a client misses an appointment without 24 hours prior notice, they will always remain financially accountable for the entire fee of the session.
